We strongly believe that the most significant advancement comes from the cross pollination of different areas, as such we aim to build a multi-disciplinary team that combines expertise in machine learning, computer vision, robotics, graphics and simulation to study holistic solutions. RAL also offers the unique blend of cutting-edge research in robotics and applied research in autonomous driving that can directly benefit the large product team on autonomous driving at Baidu.
