1.To support the Head of HR with recruitment for the expat teaching staff 2.To support the Head of HR in recruiting local academic staff, this will include to post adverts through proper channel, screen CVs, shortlist candidates, make offer and be responsible for the whole enrolment process for new staff etc. 3.To make sure school heads, line manager and department heads fulfil the required paperwork for recruitment. 4. Other recruiting related work.
1.Communication ability to well explain all HR related policies. 2.Good understanding and reasonable knowledge of employment law stipulations 3.Strong communication skill in English 4.Personal IT skills 5.Take initiative in project execution, for example, campus recruitment and Wechat program; 6.Promote and adhere to Nord Anglia Education’s vision and values.
